Tickets

Entry is free, and no tickets are required for entry. However, tickets are required if you wish to join a talk. You can book these by clicking here. We are accepting donations to help restore our College Hall Panels - More information below.

Getting Here

Please read our Getting Here guide for all the information surrounding getting to our event. We have no parking on site for visitors, so please use the guide to plan your journey.

Schedule

Doors open at 10:45am - Please enter via Main Reception at the front of the Main Building.

Our first event will be the Principal’s Welcome in the Elms Theatre at 11am. We will then have talks throughout the three hours from Geoffrey Mead, Take Shelter, Peter Crowhurst, Dr Jonathan Watson, Dickon Edwards and finally Dave Akers to close our festival.

Our tours will be running at regular intervals throughout the day approximately every 15 minutes. Sign up at our Tour Booking Point to join the Past & Present Tour, Ghost Tour or Nature Walk. You can also collect your self-guided tours here.

We have a number of stallholders who will be hosted across our Main Hall and Elms Cafe. North Laine Community Association have a large display in our cafe. Some of our other stallholders include Brighton Pavilion and Museums, Regency Society and West Blatchington Windmill.

Our Elms Pop-up Cafe will be open serving drinks and light refreshments, such as cake. Our cafe has a large amount of seating for visitors, and is conveniently located next to the Elms Theatre. We accept both cash and card payments.

We have a number of displays on show in the Main Hall. These include Alumni, Masons, School in the Wars and Architecture of the college. We have a large number of artefacts and photos additionally on display in our hall.

Brighton Toy and Model Museum will be assisting with our children’s area. This area contains a number of children’s activities to ensure the whole family is catered for. We additionally have a Treasure Hunt with a reward for completion.

We have a small shop selling postcards, bags and pens to help raise money for the College Hall Panel restoration. We are accepting both card and cash payments.

Our festival will draw to a close at 2pm.

Donations

We are raising money to restore our College Hall Panels. These panels date back to 1913, and are now in need of cleaning and restoration. We will be collecting donations all day, or you can donate via our website. If you would like to learn more about how to donate, please click here.
